The apartment is equipped with a comfortable bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and complimentary toiletries. Linens and towels are provided. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room).

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The apartment is located a short walk from the magnificent Gianicolo Hill and the area of Trastevere, one of Rome's most captivating historic districts. The tram line 8 (Trastevere/Min. P.Istruzione stop at 600 meters walking distance) allows for easy access to Piazza Venezia (1.6 km) and the rest of the historic center. Two buses service the area, routes 75 and 44. Nearby attractions also include Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere (600 meters), Campo de’ Fiori (1 km), and Largo di Torre Argentina.

NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION FOR GUESTS AT THIS PROPERTY
- The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant building. Guests can use the elevator up to the fourth floor and then they need to take a flight of stairs that leads to the entrance of the apartment on the fifth floor.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use them carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
