Gaia is a large and comfortable house that accommodates up to 10 people in the heart of the Eternal City, consisting of:
- Bedroom 1 : A queen-size double bed plus a sofa bed for two.
- Bedroom 2 : A queen-size double bed.
- Bedroom 3 : A queen-size double bed.
- A living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, and a dining table.
- A full kitchen, a separate and bright space, with everything you need to enjoy cooking.
- Two bathrooms, both with showers, clean towels, and a complimentary product kit.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
Gaia is located in the picturesque Rione Monti, full of restaurants, bars, and venues where you can enjoy great moments with friends from morning till night. The property is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, 15 minutes from Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso. The Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro stop (Line A) is only 350 meters away. The Cavour metro station (line B) is 700 meters from the apartment. Thanks to these excellent connections, all the main historical and cultural attractions of the Eternal City can be easily reached (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican Museums-St. Peter's).

NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION FOR GUESTS AT THIS PROPERTY
- The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic building with elevator.
- Guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment does not have air conditioning.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
