CANCELLATION POLICY:

Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
Beyond this date, in case of cancellation, modification of the reservation, or no-show, no refund will be provided for the amount paid.
The full amount of the reservation, including any taxes, must be paid at least 5 days before check-in; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
EXCEPTIONS:
For VACATION HOMES located in the cities of Venice (Sardela Apartment) and Positano (Scalinata Apartment), the following rate conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
Beyond this date, in case of cancellation, modification of the reservation, or no-show, no refund will be provided for the amount paid.
The full amount of the reservation, including any taxes, must be paid at least 30 days before check-in; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
The reservation, initiated by the customer through one of the various booking channels (such as, by way of example, StayDaplace.com, Airbnb, Booking, Expedia), will be considered completed when the customer completes the entire procedure of filling out the Guest Portal by following the link that the customer will receive via email after the property reservation request.
Within this section, the Customer will independently and taking full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered, provide:
Personal data of the guests for communication with the police in accordance with current regulations;
Acceptance of these terms and express authorization for the processing of the personal data of the Customer and the individuals staying with them inside the selected apartment;
Billing information; after the reservation is completed, 369Homes Srl will issue a regular invoice for the guest's stay based on the provided data;
Payment of the tourist tax (city tax) where the conditions require it;
In any case, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the data entered, and therefore, the customer expressly releases Daplace from any responsibility regarding the truthfulness or correctness of the data entered during the Guest Portal phase.
Once the Guest Portal process is completed, the customer will receive instructions on how to access the selected apartment independently.
