INDOOR SPACES
The villa spans two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests.
On the main floor: an entrance room with a double sofa bed, four double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into twin beds), three en-suite bathrooms and one shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace with the pool. The living room is very spacious, with three sofas and a large dining table, and opens onto both terraces overlooking Vesuvius. The fully equipped kitchen, accessible from the living room, features a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and extractor hood. Crockery and tableware are sufficient for all guests.
On the lower level, accessible from the living room via an internal staircase, there is a small study with a single armchair bed and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have windows with views.
Total sleeping capacity: 8 in double bedrooms + 2 in the bedroom with sofa bed + 1 on the armchair bed - 11 guests in total. Bathrooms: 4.
OUTDOOR SPACES
A first furnished terrace with a seating area serves as the entrance to the villa. Wrapping around the living and dining room, a second, wider terrace opens up in front of the master bedroom: here you will find the outdoor hot tub (available from April to the end of October), a lounge area, sun loungers and deck chairs. From the living room and kitchen, a third terrace area is accessible, featuring another seating area and a large table for outdoor dining. On the lower level, a stone barbecue and wood-fired oven are available for guests - tools must be requested from the owner.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Villa Margi is located just outside the village of Vico Equense, easily reachable via the coastal main road or by train from the local station. Vico Equense is one of the most authentic villages on the Sorrento Peninsula - small, genuine and perfectly positioned to explore the best of Southern Italy. Within a short drive you can reach the beaches and harbours of Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast with Positano and Amalfi, the island of Capri, and the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Naples and the Royal Palace of Caserta are less than an hour away. When it comes to food, Vico never disappoints: this is where metre-long pizza was born, and the local markets offer fresh mozzarella, typical cheeses, high-quality gulf fish and artisan pastries well worth the trip on their own.

IMPORTANT - THE WIND
The villa enjoys an exceptional panoramic position, perched directly above the coastal road and the sea. This does, however, make it very exposed to the wind. It is absolutely essential never to leave anything unattended on the terraces - cushions, objects, towels - and to always secure the seat cushions to their fastenings. Likewise, windows, doors and shutters must always be closed or hooked to the wall fixings when not in use, to avoid damage and banging. Anything blown off the terraces could fall directly onto the coastal road below.
