The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people and is the perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay. During the year the house welcomes groups of people who desire a cozy space with separate rooms and free Wi-Fi in a central location. The apartment consists of:

Virginia Apartment is located in the characteristic and central Rione Monti, full of restaurants, bars and clubs where you can spend great moments with friends from morning till evening. The property is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and 15 minutes from Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso. The Cavour underground station, line B, is only 300 metres from the flat. Thanks to this connection, all the main historical and cultural attractions of the Eternal City can be reached in a few minutes (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican Museums).

- Virginia Apartment is located on the third floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator. We kindly inform our guests that there are 5-6 steps to climb before reaching the elevator.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
