Matilde is an elegant apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, featuring both heating and air conditioning. It consists of:

- The living room, a welcoming space furnished with a beautiful dining table and a relaxation area featuring a sofa bed (for 2 people), small tables, and an LED TV. It's the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Rome, also taking advantage of the fast free Wi-Fi.
- The kitchen, a well-organized space equipped with all the tools needed for cooking enjoyment: gas stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, freezer. Plates, cutlery, pots, and pans of various types are also available for your use.
- There are two elegant bedrooms, one double and the other single, both with comfortable mattresses and fragrant linens. The single room can become a twin room thanks to the additional pull-out single bed.
- Lastly, the bathroom, with a large and modern shower box. Clean towels and a set of products provided by Daplace are at your disposal.

Matilde is located in the heart of Rome, a few steps away from the beautiful Piazza Navona, the lively Campo de’ Fiori, and the magnificent Pantheon. It is also very close to Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican City. From here, all the historical and cultural attractions of the historic center are within walking distance.

- The apartment is on the third floor of a historical building, with an elevator.
- Please note that you must climb 4 steps before reaching the elevator.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask --you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
