PROPERTY INFORMATION
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is spread over two floors, it offers free WiFi and air conditioning and heating. The spacious apartment features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.

Once inside, start to explore it: you will find a well-furnished living room, with sofa and TV and a bright dining area with a beautiful wooden table for eating in the company of your fellow travellers, but also useful for sending an e-mail from your PC. There is also a kitchen, with everything you need for your dinners at home! There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a private bathroom with shower; the second bathroom, with tub, is in the common area. Both of them have clean towels and a kit of eco-friendly soaps and shampoos provided by Daplace. The house also has a charming third double bedroom on the upper level, accessed via the staircase next to the dining table.

Iris is situated in the heart of the vibrant Rione Monti, a neighborhood with many restaurants and bars. From this location, all the main historical and cultural attractions of the city (the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican-St. Peter's area) are easily accessible on foot or via the nearby A and B Metro lines. The Colosseum-Imperial Forums area is 600 meters away, Piazza Venezia is 900 meters away, and the Spanish Steps are 1.4 km away. The Cavour Metro B line station is just 300 meters from the apartment (a 5-minute walk), and the Colosseo Metro B station is only 600 meters away. Additionally, the property is 800 meters from the Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro A line station (a 10-minute walk), which offers direct connections to the Barberini/Trevi Fountain stops (1 minute), Spanish Steps (3 minutes), and St. Peter's-Vatican (8 minutes). Finally, the property is 850 meters from the Central Railway Station Roma Termini (a 10-minute walk).
