PROPERTY INFORMATION
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes: two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a living room with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower box, a double sink with LED illuminated glass, WC and bidet. A set of linen and product kits provided by Daplace are available to guests. We care about cleanliness and your well-being.

Inside the house, we find parts of original walls from the early 17th century, recovered and enhanced by the renovation work carried out by our Interior Design Team. Select your dates, the number of guests, and check availability!

In this area, every street corner tells a story, offering you a unique and authentic experience. Thanks to its strategic position, Elena is the ideal starting point for exploring Rome, with easily accessible public transport. St. Peter's Square, Castel S.Angelo and Vatican City, within walking distance. Also a short distance from Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Via del Corso, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona.

- The house is located on the first floor of a period building, without a lift. We inform our kind guests to be careful about the steep stairs.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
